The Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation took part in Belleza Capital, Radio Intereconomía’s programme specialising in beauty and wellbeing, to raise awareness of one of the initiatives we are most excited to share: the inclusion of training in Oncology Aesthetics in the advanced Personal Image courses.
During the interview, Meritxell Solé, director of the Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation, explained how the training in Oncology Aesthetics that we have been providing to beauty professionals for years has taken a further step by being integrated into the education system. Thanks to the work carried out over the last three years with Personal Image teachers, this specialism is now part of the training for future professionals in the sector.
The interview also provided an opportunity to highlight the free resources that the Foundation makes available to people undergoing cancer treatment via its website. These include skin self-care guides, a search engine for centres with professionals trained in Oncology Aesthetics, and information on hospitals and patient associations where we offer this service free of charge.
