How long do we keep your Data?
Your Data will be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and, in any case, until you indicate otherwise and for the legally established periods. If you send us your CV and/or take part in a recruitment process, your Data will in no case be kept for longer than 3 years.
Who do we share your Data with?
The Foundation does not disclose Data to third parties, except where required by law, and does not sell, rent, transfer or trade Data.
In the case of training given by the Foundation that may be officially recognised by public bodies, the Foundation may send your Data to those bodies to process the recognition. The Foundation may also send the certificate of attendance to the workplaces of those attending the training.
What are your rights?
With regard to your Data, you may exercise the rights recognised in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, namely the rights of portability, access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction of processing.
