Your Data will be stored for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the reason for their processing, until you express your desire for us to stop doing so, and for the legally established periods. If you send us your CV and/or are involved in a selection process, your Data will not be stored for more than 3 years.

With whom do we share your Data?

The Foundation does not share your Data with third parties, except where it is legally obliged to do so, and does not sell, rent, license or market your Data.

Where Foundation training programs receive official recognition, the Foundation may transfer your Data to the relevant official bodies for official certification. The Foundation may also send your training attendance certificate to the participants place of work.

What are your rights?

You may exercise your Data-related rights recognized in EU Regulation 2016/679 and Spanish Data Protection Act (Ley Orgánica) 3/2018 of December 5. These are: your right to portability, to access, rectify, erase, object to and limit the processing of your Data.
