Our Project Difference program for learning differences featured in El Periódico

The newspaper El Periódico shines a light on our Project Difference program, explaining how children with dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, giftedness or DLD are supported in the classroom through teacher training across Spain and student follow-up.

We visit the Arenal de Llevant school, located in the Poblenou neighborhood of Barcelona, where Núria Roy, the teacher in charge of the school’s diversity support committee and participant in the 2024–2025 Project Difference Program, shares how the initiative and classroom methodology have helped her.

Ana Planella, Project Difference Coordinator, emphasizes the importance of diagnosing learning differences in the educational process, while Joaquín Serra, trustee and founder of Project Difference, explains how the project began.

HARMONY EXPERIENCE and our Oncology Skin Care Program at Cosmo Expo Beauty Barcelona

From March 29 to 31, we took part in Cosmo Expo Beauty Barcelona to present “HARMONY EXPERIENCE: Reconnect with Your Wellbeing”, our new comprehensive treatment based on dermo-neurosedative techniques, designed for individuals in a state of fragility.

It was a truly rewarding experience where we contributed with talks at the Podium of Aesthetics and Advanced Treatments and at the 2025 Global Wellness Convention, as well as presentations showcasing the work of the Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation.

We are deeply grateful for the participation of our volunteers, who supported us every day, and to Fundación Stanpa, Esther de Vega, and Parc Estudi for their wonderful workshops, which add so much value to the support network for individuals undergoing oncological processes.

This has been a very enriching experience, full of unforgettable moments and many challenges for the Oncology Skin Care Program.

The Project Difference: Educational Support for young people with learning differences report

On 24 January, we celebrated World Education Day by presenting the Project Difference: Educational Support for young people with learning differences. Implementation and Results (2020-2023) report published by the Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB – Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona).

Ten years into the Project Difference program, this study validated our model and confirmed its positive classroom impacts.

One in five students in Spain face learning difficulties that can affect their academic and personal development. Our experience in educational centers together with the results gathered in this study prove that the Early Intervention Response model can make a significant difference to identifying the needs of students with learning differences.

We hope this report is another step forward, allowing teachers, families and institutions to work together and create an environment that fosters equal access to learning achievement and personal development.
