Oncology Skin Care Training
Benefits of training with the Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation
Beauty professionals need to be familiar with all kinds of skin. Oncology skin care training is no longer an option, it’s a speciality all good practitioners need.
Training gives beauty therapists and centres:
- Better understanding of the disease, allowing you to become familiar with medical treatments, their different skin side effects and active ingredients that can help minimise them and are suitable for use at this time.
- Knowledge of beauty skin care treatments for people undergoing cancer treatment.
- The ability to identify when it’s best to postpone aesthetic skin care.
- An opportunity to improve the well-being of people receiving oncology treatments and the skills to protect your own.
- The latest tips on communicating effectively with people who have received a difficult medical diagnosis, and the time to practise core professional skills including active listening and empathy.
We also offer you:
The chance to join the network of centres trained in Oncology Skin Care through the Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation's “Contigo Piel Con Piel” (Skin to Skin with You) initiative.
Membership of a community of beauty professionals with monthly meetings to share experiences and questions about oncology skin care.
It's time to step up!
