At the Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation, caring for the skin of people undergoing cancer treatment is one of our core missions. That is why, this year, we have joined TV3’s La Marató with particular enthusiasm; the event is dedicated to cancer research and raising awareness.
Our collaboration began last June with the Charity Market organised by the Foundation. Thanks to the success of the initiative and the generosity of everyone who took part, we have been able to make a direct donation of €9,000 to TV3’s La Marató. Every purchase has translated into real support for advancing cancer research.
In addition, we have contributed to MonMarató magazine to promote our Oncology Aesthetics programme, with the aim of making these services accessible to more people and continuing to raise awareness of the importance of well-being during cancer treatment.
At the same time, the Foundation, together with our volunteers, has organised and delivered a range of skincare masterclasses at charities and hospitals where we provide our oncological beauty services. These sessions provide self-care tools and support for people undergoing cancer treatment.
Finally, on Sunday 14th, the day of La Marató, we actively helped out in the call centres, assisting with the collection of donations from everyone who wished to contribute to this great charitable cause.
We remain committed to the wellbeing of people with cancer and to all initiatives that help improve their quality of life and advance research.
